配电网故障恢复决策模型研究

摘要 为了快速高效地使非故障失电区域恢复电力,提出一种新的配电网故障恢复决策方法。基于启发式规则,迅速形成故障恢复方案集。鉴于历史文献中指标信息重叠和忽略主观风险态度的问题,提出一种基于马田系统和累积前景理论的故障恢复决策方法。在区间数恢复决策矩阵中,将2水平正交表中两个变量应用于区间数选择上来代表决策方案,进而可以得到故障恢复方案与正负理想的马氏距离。结合累积前景理论和灰色关联函数,构建正负前景价值矩阵,得到故障恢复方案的综合前景值,以此进行方案排序。最后通过实例分析验证了模型的可行性,对比已有的方法,提出的方法切合实际,具有明显的优越性。 In order to restore power to out-of-service areas quickly,this paper proposes a new service restoration decision-making algorithm for distribution network failure recovery.First,using heuristic rules,a candidate service restoration scheme set is generated.For the limitations of information overlap in criteria and ignoring subjective risk attitude,this paper proposes a new decision-making model based on Mahalanobis-Taguchi system and cumulative prospect theory.For the restoration alternative decision matrix with interval numbers,the two-level orthogonal test is adopted to present decision alternative,and then the Mahalanobis distances between alternatives and positive ideal and negative ideal points are calculated.Based on the cumulative prospect theory and the grey relational function,the prospect value matrix is constructed and the comprehensive prospect values of alternatives are obtained.Thus,the ranking result is obtained.Finally,an example application proves that the method is feasible and effective for decision making.Compared with prevailing method,the results verify the superiority of the decision process and show that it is consistent with the real conditions of post-fault restoration in a smart distribution network.
