输电线路工程塔基范围自动绘制开发研究

摘要 国家电网在《电网项目设计优化调整生态保护红线工作指南》中要求,设计单位在输电线路工程中必须落实项目与生态红线的对应关系,其中一项工作就是确定110kV及以上等级输电线路全线的塔基范围。论文通过分析塔基范围的绘制特点,利用.NET平台对Auto CAD进行二次开发,实现塔基范围的自动化绘制。在工程实际应用中,验证了该自动化方法的可靠性、精准度,具有一定的应用价值。 According to the requirements in the State Grid’s document “Working Guide for Optimizing and Adjusting Ecological Protection Red Lines for Power Grid Project Design”, each design institute needs to fully consider the relationship between projects and the ecological red line. One of the tasks is to determine the tower foundation range of the transmission line of 110 kv and over 110 kv. This paper analyzes the drawing requirements of the tower foundation range and uses the.NET platform to carry out secondary development of AutoCAD to realize the automatic drawing of the tower foundation range. In practical projects, the reliability and accuracy of the method is verified, which has reference value in transmission line engineering.
