摘要
将三维激光扫描仪与轨道小车运载平台进行结合,以线扫描方式进行隧道移动扫描,采用扫描仪与里程计时间协同原则,实现二维点云数据到三维点云模型的展开还原。基于专用点云分析软件进行地铁隧道的椭圆度、限界、错台等监测应用,显著提高了地铁隧道结构监测作业效率及应用效果。阐述了移动三维激光扫描的优势,结合工程应用,探讨了移动三维激光扫描关键技术路径及数据分析方法。
The 3D laser scanner is combined with the track vehicle platform,and the tunnel moving scanning is carried out by line scanning.The principle of time coordination between the scanner and the odometer is adopted to realize the unfolding and restoration of the 2D point cloud data to the 3D point cloud model.Based on the special point cloud analysis software,the application of ovality,limit,stagger and so on in subway tunnel has improved the efficiency and application effect of subway tunnel structure monitoring.This paper describes the advantages of mobile 3D laser scanning,and discusses its key technology path and data analysis method combined with engineering application.
