高校“教育知识与能力”课程的混融式教学模式建构研究

摘要 “教育知识与能力”课程存在教学内容多而学时少、教学方法单一、学生的知识水平和选课需求多元等问题。线上线下混融式教学方式相对灵活、教学评价更为多元,线上教学和线下教学互相补充,分层次实现不同教学目标。以巴班斯基的教学过程最优化理论为基础,构建“教育知识与能力”课程的线上线下混融式教学模式,并从教学准备、教学实施、评价反馈三个方面对该教学流程进行分析。线上线下混融式教学能有效提高学生的自主学习能力和学习效率、激发学生的创造活力,该教学模式代表了未来教育教学的发展趋势。 The“Educational Knowledge and Ability”course faces various challenges,including an abundance of teaching content and insufficient learning hours,limited teaching methods,and varying student requirements.However,the implementation of online and offline hybrid teaching methods can provide more flexibility and diverse forms of evaluation.Furthermore,this approach can effectively complement each other to meet different teaching objectives at various levels.Based on Babansky's theory of teaching process optimization,this paper presents an online and offline hybrid teaching mode for the“Educational Knowledge and Ability”course.The teaching process is analyzed from three aspects:preparation,implementation,and evaluation feedback.Represents the development trend of education and teaching,online and offline integrated teaching can effectively improve students'autonomous learning ability and learning efficiency,and stimulate students'creativity and vitality.
