基于供给侧改革理念的独立学院专业结构分析——以淮北师范大学信息学院为例

Professional Structure Analysis of Independent Colleges Based on the Supply-side Reform Theory——Taking Huaibei Normal University Information College as an Example

摘要 以淮北师范大学信息学院为例,通过对比网络招聘专业需求数与该学院5届毕业生专业人数,分析该学院专业设置与市场需求之间的契合度;通过问卷调查获得毕业生核心知识满足度等信息,并结合就业率分析学院各专业教育质量。结果表明该学院大多数专业设置符合市场需求,就业良好,但也存在个别专业设置与社会需求不符、就业率低的问题,亟需进行专业结构调整,并据此提出应根据市场需求的变化调整专业招生规模、依据企业人才能力需求调整和完善专业课程体系、基于社会发展的前瞻性设置专业等三项建议。 As an important part of the supply-side labor factor,higher education should also carry out related reforms.This article takes the Huaibei Normal University Information College as an example.Firstly,the paper compares the professional needs of online recruitment with the graduates’number of five yeas to obtain the agreement between subject-setup and social needs.Secondly,the paper analyzes the professional education quality of the college with combining of the graduates’questionnaires collection in employment rate and core knowledge satisfaction degree.The results show that most of the subject-setups of the college meet the market demand and get a high employment rate,but there are also some subject-setups with inconsistency to social needs and low employment rate.It is necessary adjust the professional structure of these subjects.This paper gives three advices that professional enrollment should be adjusted according to changes of market demand,and the subject-setup adjustment should agree with the market demand,and the manager should have a forward-looking vision to adjust the subject-setup in advance acorrding to the social development.
