摘要
塞罕坝精神是社会主义革命和建设时期形成的中国共产党人精神谱系的组成部分,具有丰富的科学内涵,以牢记使命的责任担当为根本,艰苦创业的意志品格为支撑,绿色发展的不懈追求为底色。读懂塞罕坝精神背后的“精神密码”,需要从理论基础、文化传统和实践基础分析其形成机理,有助于更好发挥塞罕坝精神的时代价值。新时代继承和践行塞罕坝精神,需要加强马克思主义信仰教育,多途径传播塞罕坝精神,牢固树立绿色发展理念,实行最严格的生态环境保护制度,以实现塞罕坝精神内化于心、外化于形、实化于行和固化于制,进一步推动美丽中国建设。
The spirit of Saihanba is an integral part of the spiritual genealogy of the Communist Party of China formed during the period of socialist revolution and construction,with rich scientific connotations,based on the responsibility of remembering the mission,supported by the will and character of hard work and the unremitting pursuit of green development.To understand the“spiritual code”behind Saihanba spirit,it is necessary to analyze its formation mechanism from the theoretical foundation,cultural tradition and practical basis,which is conducive to better exert the contemporary value of Saihanba spirit.To inherit and pratise Saihanba spirit in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen Marxist faith education,spread Saihanba spirit through multiple channels,firmly establish the concept of green development and implement the strictest ecological environmental protection system,so as to have Saihanba spirit internalized in the heart,externalized in the form,materialized in the deed and solidified in the system to further promote the construction of a beautiful China.
