摘要
本文运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,从组态视角剖析了城市营商环境及组织结构激活国有及民营企业可持续人力资源管理的路径机制。研究发现:(1)城市营商环境的任一要素或组织结构均不足以构成制约高可持续人力资源管理的瓶颈;(2)在激活可持续人力资源管理过程中,民营企业对组织结构的依赖性更强,国有企业则更容易因营商环境要素的缺失而受到制约;(3)营商环境中的人力资源和公共服务两个要素之间存在替代效应。
This paper adopts the qualitative comparative analysis method of fuzzy-set(fsQCA)and anlyzes the path mechanism of city business environment and organizational structure to activate the suustainable human resource in state-owned and private enterprises from the perspeetive of configuration.The main conclusions are as follows:①Any element of city business cnvironment of organizational structure is insufficient to high sustainable human resource management.②In the process of activating sustainable human resource management,private cntcrprises are more dependent on the organiza-tional structure,while state-owned cnterprises are more likely to be restricted by the lak of business environment elements.③There is a substitution ffect between human resources and public services in the business environment.
