国际社会对新时代中国共产党推进共同富裕的认知与评析 被引量:2

On Western Perceptions of the CPC’s Promotion of Common Prosperity in the New Era

摘要 国际社会对新时代中国共产党推进共同富裕的认知主要集中在三个维度:一是对推进共同富裕的价值立场、实践路径和阶段性成就的肯定评价;二是对推进共同富裕的批判性认知,或是认为目标艰巨难以实现,或是对其进行污名化叙事;三是对推进共同富裕的矛盾性预测,既有“复兴论”“崩溃论”的国内效应预测,也存在“共享论”“称霸论”的国际效应预测。国际社会对中国共产党推进共同富裕的肯定性评价主要源于党在领导中国经济高质量发展过程中的韧性呈现,而错误性认知则根源在利益掣肘及其招致的固化思维。对此,首先要把共同富裕的实践成就作为国际社会认知的叙事基础;其次要主动向国际社会讲好中国共同富裕故事;最后要密切关注中国共产党推进共同富裕议题的舆情动态。 Western perceptions of the CPC’s promotion of common prosperity in the new era are mainly focused on three dimensions:the positive evaluation of the value stance,practical path and milestone achievements of promoting common prosperity;the critical perceptions of promoting common prosperity,which are either difficult to achieve or stigmatizing narratives;and the contradictory predictions of promoting common prosperity,which include domestic effects of“revivalism”and“collapse theory”,and international effects of“sharing theory”and“hegemony theory”.Through the cognitive evaluation,we can see that the positive evaluation of this issue is mainly based on the resilience of the CPC in leading China’s economic development,while the wrong perceptions are rooted in the constraints of interests and the solidified thinking they bring.In response to Western opinions,firstly,we should take the practical achievements of promoting common prosperity as the narrative basis of Western perceptions;secondly,we should take the initiative to tell the story of China’s common prosperity to Western audiences;thirdly,we should pay continuous attention to the western opinion dynamics of common prosperity.
