钢桥面铺装结构层疲劳寿命预估模型和试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用四点弯曲疲劳试验对钢桥面环氧树脂防水粘结层及SMA铺装层进行了疲劳寿命研究。采用自主研发的直剪疲劳试验装置,研究环氧树脂粘结层的剪切疲劳寿命受温度、应力、涂覆量的影响,建立了防水粘结层剪切疲劳寿命预估模型。结果表明:(1)以25℃为分界线,在此温度以上,防水粘结层疲劳寿命随应力增大下降幅度更为明显;(2)在同一温度下,疲劳寿命随着涂覆量增大而提高;(3)在同一应变水平下,温度升高会导致SMA铺装层弯曲疲劳寿命提高,且该现象在低应变水平下表现更显著;(4)在同一温度条件下,弯曲疲劳寿命随着应变水平的增大而减小,且该现象在温度高时更为明显。 In this paper,the fatigue life of epoxy waterproof bond layer and SMA pavement layer on steel bridge deck was studied by four-point bending fatigue test.The influence of temperature,stress and coating amount on the shear fatigue life of epoxy resin bond layer was studied by the independent development of direct shear fatigue test device,and the shear fatigue life prediction model of waterproof bond layer was established.The results show that:(1)at the boundary of 25℃,the fatigue life of waterproof bond decreases more obviously with the increase of stress;(2)At the same temperature,the fatigue life increases with the increase of coating amount;(3)At the same strain level,the bending fatigue life of SMA pavement increases with the increase of temperature,and this phenomenon is more significant at the low strain level;(4)At the same temperature,the bending fatigue life decreases with the increase of strain level,and this phenomenon is more obvious at high temperature.
