补充维生素A和维生素E对非急性发作期反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫水平、骨密度影响 被引量:1

The effect of vitamin A and vitamin E on the immune level and bone mineral density of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in non-acute stage

摘要 目的:探讨补充维生素A和维生素E对非急性发作期反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫水平、骨密度的影响。方法:选取2018年6月~2018年12月来我院就诊的非急性发作期反复呼吸道感染患儿120例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组在抗感染治疗的基础上给予维生素A和维生素E补充剂,对照组在抗感染治疗的同时给予安慰剂(淀粉)。分析2组患儿临床疗效及治疗前后血清中维生素A、维生素E、血清钙、血清骨钙素、骨密度含量及CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(53.5%比36.6%)。治疗后,观察组血清维生素A、维生素E高于对照组;观察组血清IgA、IgE高于对照组;观察组CD3+T、CD8+T细胞高于对照组;观察组骨钙素、血清钙含量,骨密度高于对照组。结论:补充维生素A和维生素E可提高对非急性发作期反复呼吸道感染患儿治疗的总有效率及免疫水平、骨密度。 Objective To discuss the effects of vitamin A and vitamin E supplementation on immune level and bone mineral density in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections in non-acute episodes.Methods 120 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections in non-acute episode from June 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The observation group was given vitamin A and vitamin supplement on the basis of anti-infection treatment,while the control group was given placebo at the same time of anti-infection treatment.The clinical efficacy and changes of serum vitamin A,vitamin E,serum calcium,serum osteocalcin,bone mineral density,CD3+T cells,CD4+T cells and CD8+T cells were analyzed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(53.5%)was higher than that of the control group(36.6%).After treatment,the levels of serum vitamin A and vitamin E in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the levels of serum IgA and IgE in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD3+T and CD8+T cells in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the contents of calcium,serum calcium and bone in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The density was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Vitamin A and vitamin E supplementation can improve the total effective rate,immune level and bone mineral density of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections in non-acute episodes.
