摘要 目的:探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿血清S100β、脑源性生长因子(BDNF)、分泌型淀粉酶样前体(sAPP)水平及临床意义。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年2月在我院治疗的ADHD患儿192例(观察组),其中注意缺陷为主型患儿78,多动冲动为主型患儿23,混合型患儿91,同时选取健康儿童100例作为对照组,检测血清S100β、BDNF、sAPP水平。结果:观察组血清S100β水平为(21.10±8.28)ng/L,明显低于对照组,而sAPP水平为(310.15±95.52)ng/L,明显高于对照组;注意缺陷为主型、多动冲动为主型和混合型患儿血清S100β、BDNF、sAPP水平比较差异无统计学意义;观察组患儿ADHD症状评分量表(RS-IV)评分为(40.12±18.29)分;血清S100β与RS-IV评分呈负相关,sAPP与RS-IV评分呈正相关,而BDNF与RS-IV评分无相关性。结论:ADHD患儿血清S100β明显降低,而sAPP明显升高,BDNF无明显变化,其中S100β、sAPP与疾病严重程度有一定关系。 Objective To investigate the serum levels of S100β,brain-derived growth factor(BDNF)and secretory amylase precursor(sAPP)in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)and their clinical significance.Methods 192 children with ADHD(observation group)in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected,among them,78 children with attention deficit,23 children with hyperactivity and impulse,and 91 children with mixed type,and 100 healthy children were selected as control group,the serum levels of S100β,BDNF and sAPP were measured.Results The level of serum S100βin the observation group was(21.10±8.28)ng/L,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the level of sAPP was(310.15±95.52)ng/L,which was significantly higher than that in the control group;There was no significant difference in serum BDNF between the observation group and the control group;There were no significant difference in serum levels of S100β,BDNF and sAPP in attention deficit-predominant,impulsive-predominant and mixed children;In the observation group,the ADHD symptom score scale(RS-IV)was(40.12±18.29),the serum S100βwas negatively correlated with RS-IV score,sAPP was positively correlated with RS-IV score,while BDNF was not correlated with RS-IV score.Conclusion In ADHD children,the serum level of S100βdecrease significantly,but the level of sAPP increase significantly,while the level of BDNF did not change significantly,the S100βand sAPP are related to the severity of the disease.
