摘要
目的:探讨中药灌肠、熏蒸结合火龙灸治疗慢性盆腔炎寒湿凝滞型的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:选取我院2018年12月~2019年12月收治的慢性盆腔炎寒湿凝滞型患者140例。按照随机数表法将所有患者分为两组,每组70例。观察组给予中药灌肠、熏蒸结合火龙灸治疗,对照组给予常规中药治疗。于治疗20d后,对两组患者治疗后临床疗效、不良反应发生率,治疗前后中医症候、专科得分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分情况及盆腔积液深度、盆腔包块直径变化情况进行对比分析,并于治疗后半年对两组患者复发率进行对比分析。结果:观察组总有效率为94.29%,明显高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义;观察组治疗后中医症候、专科得分、VAS评分[(5.73±1.12)分、(4.35±1.04)分、(18.53±3.72)分]均明显低于对照组[(8.48±1.83)分、(7.68±1.73)分、(29.42±5.18)分],差异有统计学意义;治疗后,观察组盆腔积液深度[(1.32±0.26)cm]、盆腔包块直径[(2.34±0.56)cm]均明显小于对照组[(2.63±0.61)cm、(4.78±0.85)cm],差异有统计学意义;观察组患者复发率为5.71%,明显低于对照组的22.86%,差异有统计学意义。结论:中药灌肠、熏蒸结合火龙灸治疗慢性盆腔炎寒湿凝滞型临床疗效显著,可改善患者临床指标水平,促进恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema,fumigation combined with fire dragon moxibustion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of cold dampness stagnation type,so as to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods 140 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with cold dampness stagnation were selected from December 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital.All patients were divided into two groups with 70 cases in each group according to the random number table.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema,fumigation and fire dragon moxibustion,while the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.After 20 days of treatment,the clinical effects,incidence of adverse reactions,TCM symptoms,specialty scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,pelvic effusion depth and pelvic mass diameter of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the recurrence rate of the two groups was compared and analyzed half a year after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.14%),the difference was statistically significant;after treatment,TCM symptoms,specialty scores,VAS scores[(5.73±1.12)points,(4.35±1.04)points,(18.53±3.72)points]in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group[(8.48±1.83)points,(7.68±1.73)points,(29.42±5.18)points],the difference was statistically significant;after treatment,the depth of pelvic effusion[(1.32±0.26)cm]and the diameter of pelvic mass[(2.34±0.56)cm]in the observation group were significantly smaller than those in the control group[(2.63±0.61)cm,(4.78±0.85)cm],the difference was statistically significant;the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.71%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,22.86%,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine enema,fumigation combined with fire dragon moxibustion has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of cold and damp stagnation type,which can improve the level of clinical indicators,promote recovery,and is worthy of clinical application.
