摘要
目的:探究肥胖多囊卵巢综合症患者的腔内超声检查及其与性激素水平的相关性分析。方法:选择2017年2月~2018年6月在我院就诊45例肥胖多囊卵巢综合症患者作为研究对象(观察组),选择同时期的42例多囊卵巢综合症患者作为对照组,对两组患者进行腔内超声检查,分析两组患者超声检查、性激素水平并对超声检查与性激素水平的相关性进行分析。结果:观察组卵巢体积、卵巢总面积(TA)、卵巢髓质面积(SA)及SA/TA值明显大于对照组,具有统计学意义。观察组黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡生成激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)等激素水平,空腹血糖(FBG)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义。观察组抑制素B免疫组化指数及苗勒管激素水平明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义。Person相关性分析表明,观察组SA与LH、T、E2具有正相关性,TA与E2具有正相关性,SA/TA与LH、T、E2、FBG、HOMA-IR呈现正相关。结论:肥胖多囊卵巢综合症患者TA、SA、SA/TA等腔内超声参数显著增加,SA与LH、T、E2具有正相关性,TA与E2具有正相关性,A/TA与LH、T、E2也呈现正相关。
Objective To investigate the intracavitary ultrasonography of obese polycystic ovary syndrome and its correlation with sex hormone levels.Methods 45 patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome were enrolled in our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018(observation group).42 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome at the same time were selected as the control group.Patients in the group were retreated with endoscopic ultrasonography,and the two groups were analyzed for ultrasound,sex hormone levels,and the correlation between ultrasound and sex hormone levels.Results The ovarian volume,total ovarian area(TA),ovarian medulla area(SA)and SA/TA values??in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The levels of hormones such as luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T),estradiol(E2),fasting blood glucose(FBG)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The immunohistochemical index of statin B and Müllerian hormone levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Person correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between SA and LH,T and E2,and TA had a positive correlation with E2.SA/TA was positively correlated with LH,T,E2,FBG,and HOMA-IR.Conclusion The intracavitary ultrasound parameters such as TA,SA,SA/TA are significantly increased in obese polycystic ovary syndrome patients.SA has positive correlation with LH,T and E2,and TA has positive correlation with E2.A/TA and LH,T E2 is also positively correlated.
