摘要
目的:基于制剂原料物理特性的贞芪利咽颗粒成型工艺优选。方法:以干燥时间、水分、出膏率、堆密度、齐墩果酸+熊果酸总百分含量考察不同干燥方法;以制剂可行性、颗粒得率、细粉率、溶化性和工作效率考察湿法制粒、干法制粒;筛选最适合干燥方法和最优成型工艺。结果:最适合干燥方法是脉动真空干燥,最优成型工艺是干法制粒。结论:该工艺适合原料物理特性,制得的贞芪利咽颗粒成型率高,操作简便可行。
Objective Optimization of the forming process of Zhenqi Liyan granules based on the physical properties of the raw materials.Methods Different drying methods were investigated with drying time,water content,paste yield,bulk density,total content of oleanolic acid+ursolic acid;wet granulation and dry granulation were investigated with preparation feasibility,particle yield,fine powder rate,solubility and working efficiency;the most suitable drying method and optimal molding process were selected.Results The most suitable drying method is pulse vacuum drying,and the best molding technology is dry granulation.Conclusion The process is suitable for the physical properties of raw materials,and the zhenqiliyan granules have high molding rate and easy operation.
