摘要
目的:探究连续硬膜外臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析。方法:以2016年5月~2018年5月于江阴515医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例为研究对象,每组为60例。研究组采用连续硬膜外臭氧进行治疗,对照组采用连续硬膜外侧间隙置管进行治疗,观察并记录两组患者治疗效果,治疗3个月后和治疗6个月后的疼痛评分,血清TNF-α、IL-10以及MIF等指标水平,以及不良反应发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,研究组治疗效果显著较好;两组治疗3个月后、治疗6个月后的疼痛评分逐渐降低,且研究组治疗1个月后的疼痛评分显著低于对照组。同对照组比较,研究组血清TNF-α、IL-10及MIF等水平明显更高。研究组术后椎间隙感染、血管神经损伤及局部缺血等的发生率明显低于对照组。结论:在临床上,对腰椎间盘突出患者采用连续硬膜外臭氧的治疗方法的临床治疗效果显著,患者的痛苦感小,值得在临床上进一步应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous epidural ozone on lumbar disc herniation.Methods 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with continuous epidural space catheterization,the patients in the treatment group were treated with continuous epidural ozone,and the specific conditions of the two groups of patients were observed and recorded.Results The treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.After 1 month of treatment,the pain score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group.After three month and six months of treatment,the pain scores of the two groups of patients gradually decreased.The levels of TNF-α,IL-10 and MIF in the serum of patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Patients in the control group were significantly more likely to develop common risk categories such as intervertebral space infection,vascular and nerve injury,and ischemia than those in the treatment group.Conclusion Continuous epidural ozone treatment for patients with lumbar disc herniation has a significant clinical effect,and the patient’s pain is small,which deserves further clinical application.
