摘要
目的将全自动碘分析仪应用于生活饮用水中水碘含量的测定,建立一个更加高效、准确、简单的水碘测定方法。方法以硫酸铈分光光度法测定生活饮用水及其水源中碘化物的含量为基础,将砷铈显色法和自动比色法有效结合,用全自动碘分析仪进行测定,分析该仪器对饮用水中碘含量检测的可行性。结果在0~100μg/L和100~600μg/L两个线性范围内相关系数(r)分别为0.9988和0.9998,检出限为0.25μg/L;加标量为30~450μg/L时,回收率为90.3%~109.8%,标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%~4.5%。用上述方法测定水中碘成分分析标准物质,结果也在规定范围。结论全自动碘分析仪检测水碘自动化程度高,具有操作简单、快速准确、受外环境干扰小等优点,能够满足生活饮用水中水碘的检测,尤其适合于大批量水样的测定。
Objective To establish a more efficient,accurate and simple method for the determination of water iodine by using the full-automatic iodine analyzer.Methods The experiments were based on the cerium sulfate spectrophotometer,and the full-automatic iodine analyzer combined the method of arsenic-cerium coloration with automatic colorimetry effectively.The feasibility of the instrument in the detection of water iodine was analyzed.Results The linear relationship was good within 0-100μg/L and100-600μg/L(r was 0.9988 and 0.9998)respectively.The detection limit was 0.25μg/L.Recovery of this method was in range of 90.3%-109.8%with spike levels of 30-450μg/L,and the RSD was within 2.1%-4.5%.The method mentioned above was applied in the detection of standard material for analysis of iodine composition in water,and the results were also in the specified range.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,fast and less disturbed by external environment,which was suitable for the determination of drinking water iodine,especially in large quantities.
