摘要
目的了解河南部分地区育龄妇女生育间隔及其影响因素,为制定保障母婴健康的干预措施提供科学依据。方法在我省7个省辖市12家医院,分别随机抽取2016年1月至2016年12月期间的某个月作为调查起始月,按照分娩时间顺序依次通过电话调查期间分娩二孩及以上的孕妇共3026名,分析其生育间隔、孕产史、避孕药具使用、哺乳方式等情况。结果3026名调查对象的生育间隔最小为1个月,最大为279个月,中位数为33个月。生育间隔<12个月、12~23个月、≥48个月和≥72个月者分别占9.29%、23.93%、34.73%和17.55%;多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄越小,生育间隔越短。文化程度为高中/中专相对于初中及以下者(β=4.700)、分娩方式为剖宫产相对于自然分娩者(β=4.535)、有人工流产史相对于无人工流产史者(β=7.928)生育间隔时间均延长。结论年龄小、文化程度低、自然分娩、无人工流产史的育龄妇女,是生育间隔过短的危险因素。
Objective To understand the birth interval and its influencing factors among women of childbearing age in some areas of Henan,and provide the scientific evidence for the government to make intervention measures for protecting maternal and child health.Methods 3026 parturient women who gave birth to a second child or more were randomly selected for investigation from 13 hospitals in 7 cities from Jan 2016 to Dec 2016.The survey respondents were investigated by phone for birth intervals,pregnancy-labor history,contraception,breast-feeding methods and so on.Analysis was performed by SPSS 21.0 statistical software.Results The birth interval of 3026 subjects ranged from 1 months to 279 months,and the median birth interval was 33 months.9.29%,23.93%,34.73%and 17.55%were born with interval≤12 months,12~23 months,≥48 months and≥72 months,respectively.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the younger women had shorter birth intervals.Compared with those with the education level of junior high school or below,those with the delivery mode of natural delivery,and those without the history of induced abortion,those with the education level of senior high school/technical secondary school(β=4.700),those with the delivery mode of cesarean section(β=4.535),and those with the history of induced abortion(β=7.928)had prolonged birth intervals.Conclusion Low age and educational level,natural childbirth,having no history of induced abortion were the risk factors of shorter birth intervals.
