摘要
目的了解濮阳市经济欠发达地区居民健康素养水平,探讨健康素养影响因素,为制定适宜于濮阳地区居民的健康促进政策提供依据。方法2017年和2019年对濮阳市濮阳县、范县和台前县3个经济欠发达地区15~69岁常住居民的健康素养进行问卷调查和分析。结果2017年濮阳市经济欠发达地区居民的健康素养平均水平为4.6%,2019年为14.3%,年平均增长率为4.9%。2017年濮阳县、范县、台前县居民的健康素养水平分别为5.5%、3.4%、3.3%,2019年分别为19.8%、8.2%、8.3%。2017年濮阳市经济欠发达地区居民健康素养影响因素与2019年基本一致。2019年监测数据分析显示,濮阳县居民健康素养水平较高(OR=2.923,95%CI为1.945~4.393);文化程度越高,健康素养水平越高,大专及以上文化程度居民健康素养水平最高(OR=5.585,95%CI为2.360~13.218)。结论2019年濮阳市3个经济欠发达地区15~69岁居民健康素养水平较2017年均有明显提升,但中文化程度低者,依然是需要健康促进与健康教育工作重点干预的人群。
Objective To understand the health literacy level in residents of economically underdeveloped areas in Puyang city in recent years,and explore the influencing factors of health literacy,so as to provide an evidence for formulating health promotion policies suitable for residents in Puyang city.Methods A stratified multi-stage random sampling method was used to investigate the health literacy level in permanent residents aged 15-69 years in Puyang city in 2017 and 2019,respectively.Health literacy monitoring data of residents in 3 of the economically underdeveloped areas,Puyang county,Fan county and Taiqian county,were analyzed.Results The average level of health literacy in residents of economically underdeveloped areas in Puyang was 4.6%in 2017 and 14.3%in 2019,with an average annual growth rate of 4.9%.In 2017,the health literacy levels of residents in Puyang County,Fan County and Taiqian County were 5.5%,3.4%and 3.3%,respectively,and in 2019,they were19.8%,8.2%and 8.3%,respectively.The monitoring data analysis results in 2019 showed that the health literacy level in residents of Puyang county was higher(OR=2.923,95%CI:1.945-4.393).The higher the level of education,the higher the level of health literacy;residents with college education or above had the highest level of health literacy(OR=5.585,95%CI:2.360-13.218).Conclusions In 2019,the health literacy level in residents aged 15-69 in the three economically underdeveloped areas of Puyang city has significantly improved compared with that in 2017,but people with low education level are still the groups that need the key intervention of health promotion and health education.
