摘要
目的了解郑州市碘缺乏病防治的现状,及时掌握居民碘营养状况和病情消长的趋势,为适时采取针对性干预措施提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法抽取郑州市10个县(市、区)各监测点8~10岁儿童共600名,采集儿童尿样及家中盐样,并进行甲状腺触诊检查。结果 2018年共调查8~10岁学龄儿童600名,盐碘中位数为26.40 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率为97.83%,合格碘盐食用率为92.67%;儿童尿碘中位数为201.92μg/L,甲肿率为0.67%。结论郑州市在目前的盐碘浓度标准下,儿童碘营养水平充足且适宜,但仍有个别区合格碘盐食用率达不到国家标准,可能对持续消除碘缺乏病产生不利影响。
Objective To understand the current situation of the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in Zhengzhou,grasp the resident iodine nutritional status and the trend of growth and decline of the disease timely,and to provide the basis for targeted intervention measures in time.Methods Urine and salt samples were collected from 600 children aged 8-10 years in 10 counties(cities and districts)of Zhengzhou by random sampling.Meanwhile,the thyroid was palpated.Results A total of 600 children aged 8-10 years were investigated in 2018.The median of salt iodine was 26.40 mg/kg;the coverage rate of iodized salt was 97.83%;the rate of qualified iodized salt consumption was 92.67%;the median of urine iodine was 201.92μg/L,and the goiter rate was 0.67%.Conclusion Although the iodine nutrition level of children is adequate and appropriate under the current salt iodine concentration standard in Zhengzhou,there are still some regions where the rate of consumption of qualified iodized salt does not meet the National Standard,which may have a negative impact on the sustainable elimination of iodine deficiency disorders.
