摘要
目的考察实验过程中各因素对连续流动注射分析法测定水中总氰化物结果的影响,评定该方法的不确定度。方法依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》JJF1059-2012建立数学模型,分析实验过程中的不确定度来源,并计算和评定各因素的不确定度。结果标准溶液本身的相对标准不确定为0.5%,标准溶液配制引入的相对标准不确定为0.564%,标准曲线拟合的相对标准不确定度为0.794%,样品重复测定的相对标准不确定度为0.134%,仪器本身的相对标准不确定度为0.012%,合成标准不确定度为0.230μg/L。当样品测量结果为39.95μg/L时,取置信水平P=95%,κ=2,扩展不确定度为0.460μg/L。结论连续注射分析仪法测定水中总氰化物时,标准曲线拟合引入的不确定度是主要来源,其次是标准溶液和标准溶液配制过程带来的不确定度。
Objective The influence of various factors on the continuous flow injection analysis to determine the total cyanide in drinking water was investigated,and the uncertainty of the method was assessed.Methods According to the measurement uncertainty assessment and representation JJF1059-2012,the mathematical model was established,the source of uncertainty in the experimental process was analyzed,and the uncertainty of the factors was calculated and evaluated.Results Experimental results showed that the relative standard uncertainty of the standard solution itself was 0.5%,the relative standard uncertainty introduced by standard solution formulation was 0.564%,the relative standard uncertainty of standard curve fitting was 0.794%,the relative standard uncertainty of sample repeat determination was 0.134%,and the relative standard uncertainty of the instrument itself was0.012%.The composition standard uncertainty ass 0.230μg/L.When the sample measurement was 39.95 ug/L,the confidence level P was 95%,the level of confidence was 2,and the expansion uncertainty was 0.460μg/L.Conclusion When continuous injection analyzer method was used to measure total cyanide in drinking water,the uncertainty introduced by standard curve fitting was the main source,followed by the uncertainty caused by the standard solution and standard solution formulation process.
