生活饮用水中碘化物检测方法的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨生活饮用水中碘化物的两种检测方法:离子色谱法,硫酸铈催化分光光度法,分析不同方法的优缺点,为实验室选取合适方法提供指导。方法从测定范围、检出限、精密度、准确度等方面对比分析了硫酸铈分光光度法和离子色谱法。结果两种方法线性关系均良好,相关系数r>0.999;相对标准差RSD(n=6)为0.09%~0.0.61%;回收率为99.2%~102.7%。分光光度法操作过程条件要求苛刻,试剂用量大,离子色谱法线性范围宽,试剂用量少,对环境污染小。结论两种方法分析生活饮用水中碘化物都有很高的精密度和准确度,各实验室可根据样品量,样品浓度范围,实验室条件等选择合适的方法。 Objective To investigate two methods for detecting iodide in drinking water:ion chromatography and cesium sulfate catalytic spectrophotometry,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different methods,and provide guidance for the selection of suitable methods in the laboratory.Methods The strontium sulfate spectrophotometry and ion chromatography were compared in terms of measurement range,detection limit,precision and accuracy.Results The linear relationship of the two methods was good,the correlation coefficient(r)was>0.999;the relative standard deviation RSD(n=6)was 0.09%-0.50%;the recovery was 99.2%-102.7%.Spectrophotometric operating conditions are demanding and reagents are large,while ion chromatography has a wide linear range,reagent usage is low,and environmental pollution is small.Conclusion Both methods have high precision and accuracy for the analysis of iodide in drinking water.Each laboratory can select the appropriate method according to the sample size,sample concentration range and laboratory conditions.
