离子色谱法测定PM2.5中三种离子 被引量:2

Simultaneous determination of three ions in PM by ion chromatography

摘要 目的建立测定PM2.5的石英滤膜样品中氯化物、硝酸盐和硫酸盐水浸提分离—离子色谱方法。方法将石英滤膜采集获得的环境空气细颗粒物PM2.5样品进行水浸提分离后,用DIONEX AQUION离子色谱仪,采用ION PAC AS19-HC(250 mm×4 mm)的分析柱,EGC在线发生,KOH为淋洗液,抑制电导进行检测,用峰面积进行定量分析,对滤膜中氯化物、硝酸盐和硫酸盐进行同时测定。结果3种离子标准曲线线性良好,相关系数r>0.9997,方法检出限在0.03~0.04 mg/L之间,折算成膜上质量为0.011~0.015 mg/g;对配制的标准溶液连续重复测定6次,测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.59%~2.14%之间;在待测样品滤膜中加入低、中、高三种不同浓度的标准溶液,3种离子加标回收率范围在88.3%~115.0%之间;比对标准样品中的3种离子,结果均在允许范围之内。结论本方法检出限低、精密度和准确度较好,是一种适用于PM2.5中氯化物、硝酸盐和硫酸盐同时检测的方法。 Objective To establish a method for the separation of chloride,nitrate and saltwater sulfate by ion chromatography for the determination of PM2.5 quartz membrane samples.Methods After water leaching and separation of PM2.5 samples of ambient fine air particles obtained from quartz filtration film,the analysis column of ION PAC AS19-HC(250 mm×4 mm)was used,EGC occurred online,KOH was eluted,the conductivity was inhibited,and the peak area was quantitatively analyzed.Chlorides,nitrates,and sulfates in the membrane were simultaneously determined.Results Three kinds of ionic standard curves were linear and the correlation coefficient r>0.9997,the detection limit of the method was between 0.03-0.04 mg/L,and the mass on the membrane was0.011-0.015 mg/g;The standard solution prepared was repeatedly measured six times,and the relative standard deviation of the determination results was between 0.59%and 2.14%;The standard solution with low,medium and high concentrations was added to the filter membrane of the sample to be tested,and the recovery rate of the three ions was between 88.3%and 115.0%.The results of the comparison of the three ions in the standard sample were within the allowed range.Conclusion The detection limit is low,precision and accuracy is good,and the results are satisfactory.It is a suitable method for simultaneous detection of chlorides,nitrates and sulfates in PM2.5.
