永城市疟疾媒介中华按蚊种群、密度及变化趋势 被引量:6

Investigation on population and density of An. Sinensis in Yongcheng City

摘要 目的了解永城市传疟媒介中华按蚊的种群、密度和变化趋势,为评估疟疾传播风险及制订控制措施提供科学依据。方法2014-2019年,用半通宵人饵诱捕蚊法和全通宵灯诱捕蚊法对永城市的传疟按蚊进行调查,计算其叮人率和种群密度。结果2014-2019年,半通宵人饵诱捕蚊法共捕获按蚊123只,均为中华按蚊。6~10月份各月上下旬中华按蚊叮人率分别为0.27、0.4、0.73、0.87、0.57、0.33、0.43、0.37、0.1、0.03只/(人·h);6年间,在19:00~24:00时不同时间段的叮人率分别为0.45、0.7、0.6、0.21、0.08只/(人·h),高峰时间段为20:00~21:00时;全通宵灯诱捕蚊法共捕获按蚊1007只,均为中华按蚊,不同生境内的蚊虫密度不同,中华按蚊在牲畜棚的活动较其他生境活跃;六年间,中华按蚊的密度呈下降趋势。结论永城市的传疟媒介为中华按蚊,活动高峰在7月下旬,并且在上半夜具有较高的活动频率,牲畜棚内按蚊平均密度最高,虽然中华按蚊密度呈下降趋势,但仍不能放松警惕,需加强疟疾防控意识,巩固消除疟疾成果。 Objective To understand the population,density and trends of An.Sinensis,the malaria vector of Yongcheng City,and to provide scientific evidence for the evaluation of risk of malaria transmission and the development of control measures.Methods Anopheles mosquitoes were investigated by half night human baiting and overnight light trapping from 2014 to 2019 in Yongcheng city.Then the biting rates and the density of population were calculated.Results A total of 123 Anopheles mosquitoes were collected from June to October during 2014 to 2019 by half night human baiting.All collected Anopheles mosquitoes were identified as An.Sinensis.The biting rates of An.Sinensis for the first ten days and last ten days each month during June to October were0.27、0.4、0.73、0.87、0.57、0.33、0.43、0.37、0.1 and 0.03 mosquitoes/person·hour,among which the rates during 19:00 to 24:00 were 0.45、0.7、0.6、0.21、0.08 mosquitoes/person·hour.And the peak hour is during 20:00-21:00.A total of 1007 Anopheles mosquitoes were captured by overnight light trapping method and identified as An.Sinensis.The mosquito density was different among different habitats,with the highest density in livestock sheds.The density of An.Sinensis was on a decreasing trend during the last 6 years.Conclusion The vector of malaria transmission in Yongcheng city is An.Sinensis.The peak of activity for An.Sinensis is in late July,and the activity frequency of An.Sinensis is higher in the first half night.The average of mosquito density is highest in livestock sheds.The density of An.Sinensis is on a decreasing trend.We can not let down our vigilance,and awareness of malaria control need be strengthened to consolidate the achievements of malaria elimination.
