电弧炉用废钢料型结构优化及其成本控制 被引量:2

摘要 钢铁料成本是电弧炉钢与转炉钢成本差别的主要因素之一。钢铁料消耗与废钢质量有明显的对应关系,残余元素(Cr、Ni、Cu、As、Sn)含量每降低0.1%可降低钢铁料消耗约20 kg/t;通过变革废钢采购管理模式,提高废钢管理水平,废钢质量得到大幅度的提升,钢铁料消耗大幅度降低;通过各废钢料型的收得率试验支撑电弧炉废钢炉料结构价效评价,优化电弧炉用废钢结构,进一步降低电弧炉生产成本,提高电弧炉综合效益。 One of the main factors affecting the production cost of EAF and converter is the cost of steel material.There is an obvious corresponding relationship between the consumption of iron and steel and the quality of scrap.Every 0.1%reduction in residual element(Cr,Ni,Cu,As,Sn)content reduces steel consumption by approximately 20 kg/t;through the reform of scrap purchasing management mode,improving scrap management level,scrap quality can be improved and steel consumption can be greatly reduced;through the yield test of each type of scrap,the cost-effectiveness evaluation of EAF scrap charge structure is supported,the structure of scrap steel for EAF is optimized,the production cost of EAF is further reduced,and the comprehensive benefit of EAF is improved.
