摘要
采用气相色谱法,以正十三烷为内标物,使用DB-17毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,对2,2-二甲基-4-羟基-1,3-苯并二噁茂进行定量分析。结果表明:方法的标准偏差为0.23,变异系数为0.23%,平均回收率为100.3%,线性相关系数为0.99999。
A quantitative analytical method of 2,2-dimethyl-4-hydroxy-1,3-benzodioxole by GC equipped with DB-17 capillary column and FID detector using n-tridecane as internal standard reagent was developed.The results showed that the standard deviation,the coefficient of variation,the average recovery and the liner correlation of method were of 0.23,0.23%,100.3%and 0.99999,respectively.
