摘要
目的比较普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)患者与普通型流感患者的临床特征及实验室检查指标。方法收集普通型COVID-19确诊住院患者47例及普通型常见流感病毒确诊住院患者22例,分析两组患者的临床资料及实验室检测结果。结果普通型COVID-19组与普通型流感组比较,在住院天数、发热峰值、首发症状(头痛、肌痛、气促)、胸部CT表现、白细胞计数、淋巴细胞绝对值、中性细胞绝对数、总T淋巴细胞绝对数、辅助性T细胞绝对值、NK细胞绝对数、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、血沉和肌钙蛋白T上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在首发症状(胸痛、咳嗽、乏力、腹泻)、抑制/细胞毒性T细胞绝对值、总B淋巴细胞绝对数、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酐、白蛋白、钾、肌红蛋白和肌酸激酶同工酶(creatine kinase isoenzymes,CK-MB)上的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论影像学结果及实验室结果结合临床特征可加强普通型COVID-19与普通型流感患者的早期识别,为疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断提供一定依据。
Objective To compare clinical characteristics and laboratory indicators between common type patients suffering from corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)and influenza.Methods A total of 47 inpatients diagnosed with common type of COVID-19 and 22 inpatients diagnosed with common type of influenza virus were collected.The clinical data and laboratory test results of patients in two groups were analysed.Results There were significantly differences in the time of hospital stay,peak fever,first symptoms(headache,myalgia,shortness of breath),chest CT findings,white blood cell count,absolute value of lymphocyte,absolute number of neutrophils,absolute number of total T lymphocyte,the number of auxiliary T lymphocyte,absolute value of T cells,the absolute number of NK cells,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT),ESR and cTnT between the two groups(P<0.05).In the first symptoms(chest pain,cough,fatigue,diarrhea),the absolute value of inhibitory/cytotoxic T cells,the percentage of total B lymphocytes,alanine aminotransferase,creatinine,albumin,potassium,myoglobin and creatine kinase isoenzymes(CK-MB)were not significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Imaging and laboratory results combined with clinical characteristics can strengthen the early identification of patients with common type of COVID-19 and common influenza,which can provide a certain basis for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease.
