摘要
桃源刺绣原生于湖南省北部的桃源县域,是一种带有强烈地域文化特征的民间工艺品,其题材、造型、色彩、工艺和民俗意蕴都极具特色,有着很高的辨识度,近些年受到民众的热捧和学界的关注,但关于桃源刺绣的来源各界一直存在争论。清代民国时期桃源刺绣的针法多样,技艺多变,其中不乏有一些久远的针法技艺的运用。这些针法技艺蕴含的丰富信息,从一个侧面告诉我们,清代民国时期桃源刺绣是在长期的历史发展演变中博采众长而形成的一种地方刺绣。
Taoyuan embroidery native to Taoyuan County in the north of Hunan Province is a folk handicraft with strong regional cultural characteristics.Its subject matter,motif,color,craftsmanship and folk custom implications are highly distinctive and identifiable,attracting enthusiasm of ordinary people and attention of academic circles in recent years,but its origin is still under much debate.Taoyuan embroidery in the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China period had various stitching and needling techniques,among which some ancient stitching techniques were used.The rich information contained in these needlework techniques tells us from one aspect that Taoyuan embroidery in the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China period was a kind of local embroidery formed by absorbing the advantages of other genres in the long historical development and evolution.
