摘要
永顺老司城遗址上的小德政碑,受风化影响,字迹多难以辨认。2019年,笔者对三个不同时期的史料进行校勘,并利用现代科技手段,考辨和释读出大部分文字,从而发现小德政碑为清康熙五十年(1711)十月撰刻,主要称颂永顺土司彭泓海的德政。从碑文的释读和分析中,进一步了解到永顺土司在明末清初时期所经历的内外变化,以及所忌讳的一段政治历史。
The small stone tablet of benevolent rule at the Laosicheng Site of Yongshun is so weathered that many characters on the tablet are difficult to decipher.In 2019,the author of this paper collated historical documents from three different periods,used modern scientific and technological methods,and deciphered and interpreted most characters.He discovered that the tablet was engraved in the tenth month of the 55 th reign year of Qing Emperor Kangxi,with the main content extolling the benevolent rule of Peng Honghai,the Tusi of Yongshun at the time.The internal and external changes experienced by the Tusi in Yongshun in the late Ming and early Qing period and a period of taboo political history are further known from the interpretation and analysis of the epigraph.
