摘要
近年来,无人机摄影测量技术在智慧监测方面得到了广泛的应用。文章以南水北调中线雄安调蓄库工程为例,介绍了基于无人机低空摄影测量技术的全要素实景三维建模过程及关键技术。结果表明,无人机低空摄影测量技术在三维实景采集过程中具有建模效率高、自动化程度高、精度高、三维实景效果好和低成本等优势。并为基于三维实景的南水北调中线雄安调蓄库工程建设过程提供高精度基础数据支撑,实现全过程智慧管理平台的多层次多角度展示和应用。
In recent years,UAV photogrammetry technology has been widely used in intelligent monitoring.Taking the Xiongan Storage Project on the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project as an example,the process and key technologies of 3D modeling based on UAV low-altitude photogrammetry are introduced in this paper.The results show that the UAV low altitude photogrammetry technology has the advantages of high modeling efficiency,high automation degree,high precision,good 3D real effect and low cost in the process of 3D real acquisition.Moreover,it provides high-precision basic data support for the construction process of Xiongan Storage Project on the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project based on 3D real scene,and realizes the multi-level and multi-angle display and application of the whole-process intelligent management platform.
