摘要
目的:集束化护理用于阿替普酶溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的效果及评价。方法选取2020年6月-2022年6月我院收治的用阿替普酶溶栓治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者80例,分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用集束化护理干预治疗。结果与对照组比,研究组的神经功能缺损评分、C反应蛋白及Fugl-Meyer评分更高(P<0.05);研究组的不良事件发生率更低且护理满意度更高;研究组的生存质量更高(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理用于阿替普酶溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果更加显著,不仅能改善患者的神经功能、C反应蛋白水平、护理满意度和生存质量,还能减少不良事件的发生,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of bundle nursing in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients with thrombolytic alteplase.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated with alteplase thrombolytic therapy in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the study group was treated with cluster nursing intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the neurological deficit score,C-reactive protein and Fugl-Meyer score of the study group were higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was lower and nursing satisfaction was higher in the study group.The quality of life in the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of bundle nursing in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients with alteplase thrombolysis is more significant,not only can improve the neurological function of patients,C-reactive protein level,nursing satisfaction and quality of life,but also can reduce the occurrence of adverse events,which is worthy of promotion and application.
