摘要
目的:研究分析讨论妊娠阶段的强化护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法:研究选取我院2019年1月-2020年6月收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇患者120例,随机将其分为对照组与实验组,每组各60例。对照组采用一般护理模式,实验组采用妊娠阶段的强化护理干预。分析比较两组患者干预前后血糖变化、妊娠并发症及新生儿并发症发生率。结果:与对照组相比,实验组患者干预后空腹血糖(4.85±0.95)mmol/L、餐后血糖(7.21±0.81)mmol/L及糖化血红蛋白(5.44±0.51)%水平降低,妊娠并发症(6.67%)及新生儿并发症(8.33%)发生率降低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇患者中采用强化护理干预可提高孕产妇的血糖控制情况并改善母婴结局。
Objective:To study,analyze and discuss the influence of intensive nursing intervention during pregnancy on the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with diabetes.Methods:120 pregnant and lying in women with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group adopted general nursing mode,while the experimental group adopted intensive nursing intervention during pregnancy.The blood glucose changes,pregnancy complications and neonatal complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of fasting blood glucose(4.85±0.95)mmol/L,postprandial blood glucose(7.21±0.81)mmol/L and glycosylated hemoglobin(5.44±0.51)%in the experimental group decreased,and the incidence of pregnancy complications(6.67%)and neonatal complications(8.33%)decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive nursing intervention in pregnant women with diabetes during pregnancy can improve their blood sugar control and improve the maternal and infant outcomes.
