清单式管理在减少急诊危重患者空肠营养堵管中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨清单式管理在减少急诊危重患者空肠营养堵管中的应用。方法通过前期基线调查,对临床空肠营养堵管现况进行原因分析、对策拟定,应用清单式管理对临床护理过程进行控制并评价效果。采用便利取样法,选取2019年4月—6月留置空肠营养管并使用肠内营养支持治疗的95例急诊住院患者作为试验组,2019年1月—3月的87例患者作为对照组,从空肠营养堵管率、住院期患者满意度、临床护士使用满意度等方面进行效果评价。结果清单式管理执行后,试验组堵管发生率为5.26%,低于对照组的13.79%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者满意度提高11.46%,临床护士使用满意度提高12.77%。临床护士对清单式管理在空肠营养管护理期间的作用均给予肯定。结论清单式管理能有效减少急诊危重患者空肠营养堵管,进一步提高急诊患者就医体验及满意度,促使急诊科全面推进优质护理及导管安全管理。 Objective To explore the effect of checklist management in reducing the obstruction of jejunal feeding tube in emergency critical patients.Methods Through the preliminary baseline investigation,the causes of the current situation of the clinical jejunal feeding tube blockage were analyzed,and the countermeasures were drawn up.The checklist management was used to control the clinical nursing process and evaluate the effect.A total of 95 hospitalized patients with jejunal feeding tube and enteral nutrition support from April to June 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 87 patients from January to March 2019 were selected as the control group.The rate of jejunal feeding tube obstruction,the satisfaction of patients in hospital,and the satisfaction of clinical nurses were evaluated.Results After the implementation of checklist management,the incidence of tube blockage in the experimental group was 5.26%,lower than that of the control group(13.79%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients increased by 11.46%,and that of clinical nurses increased by 12.77%.All the clinical nurses were interviewed to confirm the positive role of the checklist management in jejunal feeding tube nursing.Conclusion The checklist management can effectively reduce the obstruction of jejunal feeding tube in emergency critically ill patients,further improve the medical experience and satisfaction of emergency patients,and promote the comprehensive quality nursing and tube safety management in the emergency department.
