摘要
目的构建儿科ICU专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,为儿科ICU专科护士的培养、考核、评价提供客观的参考依据。方法基于素质洋葱模型的概念框架,运用文献回顾、半结构式访谈法初步构建儿科ICU专科护士核心能力评价指标,于2020年3月—5月采用德尔菲法进行专家函询,运用优序图法与德尔菲法计算指标权重。结果纳入全国25名专家进行2轮函询。2轮函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,函询专家的权威系数为0.89、判断依据系数为0.88、熟悉程度系数为0.90。最终构建的儿科ICU专科护士核心能力评价指标体系包括5个一级指标(专业知识、临床实践能力、专业发展能力、评判性思维能力、职业素养)、17个二级指标、62个三级指标。结论本研究构建的儿科ICU专科护士核心能力评价指标体系科学、可靠、完整,对儿科ICU专科护士的培养、考核、评价具有参考意义。
Objective To construct evaluation index system of pediatric ICU specialty nurses’core competency,and provide an objective reference for the training,assessment and evaluation of pediatric ICU specialty nurses.Methods According to the conceptual framework of quality onion model,the evaluation indexes of the core competence of pediatric ICU nurses were constructed by literature review and semi-structured interview.The Delphi method was used to consult the experts,and the superiority chart was combined with the Delphi method to calculate the index weight.Results A total of 25 experts in China were invited for two rounds of consultation.The effective response rate of the questionnaires was 100%.The authority coefficient of the experts was 0.89;the criterion coefficient was 0.88;the familiarity coefficient was 0.90.The index system of pediatric ICU specialty nurses’core competency included 5 first-level indexes(professional knowledge,clinical practical skill,professional development ability,critical thinking ability,and professional quality),17 second-level indexes,and 62 third-level indexes.Conclusion The evaluation index system for the core competence of pediatric ICU nurses constructed in this study is scientific,reliable and complete,which has guiding significance for the training,assessment and evaluation of pediatric ICU nurses.
