摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,用于指导零售业态智能化升级、实现零售商降本增效、消费者体验优化的纺织服装数字化零售模式应运而生。以大数据为切入点,分别从纺织服装消费零售特征、供应链、运营、渠道、营销、应用工具六个方面讨论了纺织服装数字化零售模式的特征、作用以及发展趋势,总结出纺织服装数字化零售模式将推进服装零售行业的革新、个性化定制的转变等重要结论,促进了纺织服装类企业更好地适应快速反应的服装网络消费市场,对现代纺织服装产业升级与可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。
With the advent of the era of big data,the digital retail model of textile clothing used to guide the intelligent upgrade of retail formats,realize retailers’cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and optimize consumer experience has emerged.This paper takes big data as the starting point,discusses the characteristics,functions and development trends of the digital retailing model of textile clothing from six aspects of textile clothing retailing characteristics,supply chain,operation,channel,marketing and application tools,and concludes that the digital retail model of textile clothing will be It is important to promote the innovation of the textile clothing retail industry and the transformation of individualized customization,and promote the garment enterprises to better adapt to the fast-reacting clothing network consumer market,which has important social significance for the upgrading and development of the modern garment industry.
