摘要
随着近年来经济的快速发展,合肥市生活垃圾产量日益增加,城市生活垃圾转运也成为政府与人民群众关注的问题。以合肥市中心城区为研究对象,选取社会要素、自然环境要素等方面6个指标,在AHP确定各指标权重的基础上,建立垃圾中转站选址适宜性指标体系,同时结合时间序列下产量预测结果,提出垃圾中转站适宜建设区选址方案。研究结果表明:“高度适宜”区域面积为959km^(2),“适宜”区域面积为2492km^(2),“中适宜”区域面积为2526km^(2)。预计2025a,庐阳、蜀山及包河区将会产生垃圾转运缺口。基于垃圾产生量预测与适宜性评价结果,庐阳区需新建1座大型垃圾中转站;蜀山区需新建1座大型垃圾中转站、2座中型垃圾中转站;包河区需新建1座大型垃圾中转站;同时需拆除4座垃圾中转站。精细化地确定了中心城区各行政区所需建设垃圾中转站数量与具体地点,具有一定的科学性与参考性。
With the rapid development of economy in recent years,the output of municipal solid waste in Hefei is increasing day by day,and its transference has become a concern of the government and people.Taking the downtown area of Hefei as the research object,six indicators of social factors and natural environment factors were selected.Based on the weight of each indicator determined by AHP,the suitability index system of garbage transfer station site selection was established.Meanwhile,the site selection scheme of garbage transfer station suitable construction area was proposed in consideration with the yield prediction results under the time series.The results show that the areas for the construction are respectively 959 km^(2)for"the high-suitable",2492 km^(2)for"the suitable"and 2526 km^(2)for"the medium suitable".It is estimated that Luyang,Shushan and Baohe districts will run short of wastes transfer stations in 2025.Based on the prediction of waste production volume and suitability evaluation results,numbers of waste transfer stations should be built,in which a large one for Luyang District,another large and the two medium-sized for Shushan District and still another large for Baohe District,with 4 waste transfer stations demolished.The numbers and specific location of the required waste transfer stations in each administrative district in the central urban area are precisely determined by the suitability index system,showing a certain scientific and reference value.
