摘要
急、慢性肝损伤严重威胁人群健康。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)与人类多种疾病相关联,是多种细胞增殖过程的重要调控因素。近年来,miRNAs还被认为是反映细胞损伤的一种重要生物标志物。miRNAs具有细胞特异性,能在细胞损伤的时候被释放到胞外,成为循环miRNAs,这为液体活检提供了可能。笔者综述了循环miRNAs特点、来源以及在药物性肝损伤、病毒性肝损伤和非酒精性脂肪肝类疾病中做为标志物的研究现状,同时展望了该领域的研究方向。
Both acute and chronic liver injury represent serious threat to huam health.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)have been shown to be critical mediators of many cellular and developmental processes and have been implicated in different human diseases.MicroRNAs have emerged in recent years as a promising new class of biomarker for monitoring injury.Mi RNAs are cell-type specific and are released during injury,called circulating miRNAs,thus liquid biopsy may be obtained by sampling extra cellular fluids.In this paper,the characteristics and source of circulating miRNAs,the current state of circulating miRNAs biomarkers for drug-induced liver injury,viral hepatitis injury and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease are reviewed,and the current research directions in the field are discussed also.
