盐碘标准调整后天津市儿童碘营养水平变化 被引量:1

Iodine nutrition status of children in Tianjin after implementation of new standard for iodine in iodized salt

摘要 目的动态了解天津市8~10岁儿童碘营养状况,分析天津市盐碘标准调整后儿童碘营养水平变化情况。方法对2005、2011、2014年天津市8~10岁儿童尿碘及甲状腺容积、居民户盐碘含量进行调查。结果2005、2011、2014年3次监测居民户盐碘中位数分别为30.50、29.20、26.38 mg/kg,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=249.395,P<0.01)。尿碘中位数分别为228.0μg/L、177.9μg/L、196.8μg/L,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=35.763,P<0.01)。3次监测儿童甲状腺肿大率分别为2.03%、3.97%、3.33%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.853,P>0.05),甲状腺容积中位数分别为2.62 ml、2.83 ml、2.63 ml。结论天津市盐碘含量标准调整后,天津市居民户盐碘含量降低,8~10岁儿童碘营养水平处于适宜范围。 Objective To investigate dynamically iodine nutritional level of children aged 8-10 years in Tianjin and to analysis on children’s iodine nutrition status after implementation of new standard for salt iodine from 2012.Methods In 2005,2011 and 2014,the urine iodine of children aged 8-10 years and thyroid volume by B-ultrasonograghy was detected to understand their iodine nutrition status,while iodine content of household iodized salt was monitored at the same time.Results The median of iodized salt iodine in 2005,2011 and 2014 were 30.50,29.20 and 26.38 mg/kg respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=249.395,P<0.01).The median of urine iodine were 228.0,177.9 and 196.8μg/L respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=35.763,P<0.01).The rate of swelling of thyroid volume were 2.03%,3.97%and 3.33%respectively,the difference wasn’t statistically significant(χ~2=2.853,P>0.05).The medians of thyroid volume in 2005,2011 and 2014 were2.62,2.83 and 2.63 ml respectively.Conclusion After implementation of new standard for salt iodine in Tianjin,the median of salt iodine and children’s iodine nutrition status is down to the fitting range.
