淮安市沿淮典型农村饮用水重金属健康风险评价 被引量:1

Risk assessment of heavy metals in drinking water in typical rural areas in Huai’an along Huaihe river

摘要 目的对淮安市沿淮河流域典型乡镇农村饮用水中重金属含量进行检测,并对其进行健康风险评估。方法于2010年丰、枯水期在淮安市三县(区)合计14个乡镇分别对深层井水、浅层井水、沟塘水进行采样,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测饮用水中重金属的含量,应用美国环保署(US EPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型对其健康风险进行初步评价。结果饮用水中Mn、Ni、Pb含量超标,丰水期Pb、Mn含量分别高于和低于枯水期(P<0.05)。Ni、Pb平均浓度顺位均为沟塘水>浅层井水>深层井水,浅层井水中Mn含量最高(P<0.05)。饮用水中Cd、Cr总体平均致癌风险分别为0.43×10-6和17.67×10-6,丰水期高于枯水期,地表沟塘水>浅层井水>深层井水。Pb、Hg、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ni的非致癌性健康风险均远低于国际放射防护委员会(ICRP)的推荐值(5.0×10-5),对暴露人群所构成的健康危险甚微。结论本次调查的淮安市农村典型乡镇饮用水Mn、Ni、Pb含量超标,水源卫生防护需要进一步改善。 Objective To investigate heavy metals in typical rural drinking water along Huaihe River in Huai’an and assess the health risk.Methods The water samples from ditch pond water,shallow wells,deep wells were respectively collected during periods of wet season and dry season from 14 towns in three counties of Huai’an.The contents of the heavy metals in the water samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry,and preliminary health risk assessment was conducted by using the US EPA health risk assessment model.Results The levels of Mn,Ni and Pb exceeded the standards.Significantly higher level of Pb and lower level of Mn were found in wet season compared with those in dry season(P<0.05).The levels of Ni and Pb in water sources ranked as ditch pond water>shallow well water>deep well water(P<0.05),Mn revealed the highest in shallow well water(P<0.05).The carcinogenic risk level was 0.43×10-6 for Cd and 17.67×10-6 for Cr,revealed higher levels in wet season than in dry season,ranked as ditch pond water>shallow well water>deep well water.The non-carcinogenic risk levels of Pb,Hg,Cu,Zn,Mn and Ni were much lower than maximum acceptable level(5.0×10-5)recommended by the ICRP,which can not cause significant damage to human health.Conclusion The levels of Mn,Ni and Pb in the investigated drinking water samples exceed the national standard.The sanitary protection of the water source of the centralized water supply systems in typical rural towns of Huai’an should be improved and strengthened.
