摘要
随着"习近平法治思想"的提出,高校"法律基础"课程在培育学生法律素养、提升法律意识方面的作用必将更为重要。就课程考核而言,当前存在着考核权重偏低、考核内容重原则轻制度、考核方式缺乏多样性、考核手段单一等不足,影响了课程效果。问题的主要原因在于课程定位与现实需求存在错位,课程的拓展空间受到挤压,师资等客观因素局限较多。今后应当探索确立"课堂+课外"双结合的考核模式,加强考试针对性,更注重考查学生的知识运用能力,此外,还需要改良考核技术,优化考试指标。
With the proposal of"Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law",the course of"Fundamentals of Law"in universities will play a more important role in cultivating students’legal literacy and enhancing their legal consciousness.As for the assessment of the course,there are some shortcomings such as low weight of assessment,emphasis on principles rather than system,lack of diversity of assessment methods etc.,which adverselyaffectteaching results.The main reasons of the problems may lie in the mismatch between curriculum orientation and the practical demand,limits for curriculum,and teaching resources,etc..Such being the case,this article holds that it is of significance to explore an assessment model of the combination of"classroom+extracurricular"which is expected to strengthen the pertinence of the examination,and to test students’practical use of knowledge as well.Apart from the model reform,the assessment technologyand examination indicators also need to be improved.
