摘要
当前激光镭雕工艺主要应用在汽车内饰件上,而不新开模具,不做分色槽分色线处理,使用喷漆镭雕工艺对外饰喷漆零件进行大面积镭雕分色,属于一种新型的应用模式。该工艺的应用不能采用传统的"湿碰湿"3C1B或3C2B工艺,涂层之间"湿碰湿"会导致镭雕界面不清晰,因此需采用3C3B即"三喷三烘"工艺。但此工艺不仅生产周期长,影响工序节拍,而且多次烘烤,涂层固化程度高,会导致各涂层间附着力差。本文主要研究镭雕能量、镭雕和清漆的时间间隔、油漆固化、油漆配方对外饰喷漆镭雕零件的涂层附着力的影响。结果表明:①控制镭雕能量,镭雕能量过大,会导致镭雕深度过大,且若长时间接触潮湿环境,零件镭雕位置易产生气泡。②控制生产、流转周期,避免底漆、色漆、清漆因喷涂间隔太长,降低涂层附着力。③控制各层油漆的烘烤时间,避免过分烘烤,降低涂层附着力。④油漆配方对喷漆镭雕工艺影响较大,向油漆中引入韧性树脂、不饱和键和极性基团,可提高涂层附着力。
At present,laser radium carving technology is mainly used in automotive interior parts,instead of new mold,color separation groove and color separation line.It is a new application mode to use laser radium carving technology for large area color separation of exterior painting parts.The traditional“wet touch wet”3C1B or 3C2B process can not be used,because the“wet touch wet”between coatings will lead to unclear interface of radium carving,so 3C3B process,namely“three spraying and three drying”process,should be used.However,this process not only leads to a long production cycle and affects the process beat,but also causes poor adhesion among coatings due to repeated baking and high curing degree of coating.This paper mainly studies the influence of the energy of radium carving,the time interval between radium carving and varnish,paint curing and paint formula on the paint adhesion of the painted radium carving parts.The results show that:①Control the energy of the radium engraving.If the energy of the radium engraving is too large,the depth of the radium engraving will be too large,and if it is exposed to the wet environment for a long time,the position of the radium engraving parts will easily produce bubbles.②Control the production and circulation cycle to avoid poor adhesion of primer,paint and varnish due to long spraying interval.③Control the baking time of each layer of paint to avoid excessive baking and reduce the adhesion between paint layers.④The paint formula has a great influence on the spray painting process.The introduction of tough resin,unsaturated bond and polar groups into the paint can improve the adhesion of the paint.
