摘要
刮擦作为一种常用的检测方法,是评价汽车零部件外观性能的一项重要指标。网格刮擦是刮擦测试最常用的方法,其以测量ΔL*值来表征产品的抗划伤能力。本文介绍了产品的力学性能、摩擦系数等因素对产品的刮擦性能的影响,还对不同的测量方法进行说明和比较。
As a test method,scratch is an important index to evaluate the appearance performance of auto parts.Grid scratch is the most common method of scratch testing,which measures theΔL* value to characterize the scratch resistance.This paper introduces the influence of mechanical properties,friction coefficient and other factors on the scratching performance of the product,explains and compares the different measurement methods.
