摘要
在双碳目标下,依据SPOT-4图像(2004年)、Rapideye图像(2010年)及GF-1图像(2020年)3个时期的遥感图像数据,结合现场踏勘调查,对陕北沙漠风积区典型井工开采煤矿对生态环境的影响累积进行对比,探讨了环境影响后评价作为事中事后监管的重要手段,在碳达峰、碳中和目标下,推进煤炭行业高质量绿色低碳发展模式。
Based on the remote sensing image data of SPOT-4(2004),Rapideye(2010)and GF-1(2020),combined with onsite investigation and survey,this paper analyzes the ecological environment of typical coal mines in the desert aeolian area of northern Shaanxi.Compared with the cumulative impact of environmental impact assessment,as an important means of supervision during and after the event,under the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,it will help the green and low-carbon development of the coal mining industry.
