摘要
通过对阴离子表面活性剂的超声雾化喷雾粒径图进行分析,研究阴离子表面活性剂浓度对雾化粒径的影响。利用自行设计的实验平台进行超声雾化喷雾实验,选用阴离子型表面活性剂快渗T为实验试剂,研究组合气压、水压在0.1~0.6 MPa,喷雾粒径参数的变化情况。结果表明:表面活性剂浓度继续增大时,雾滴粒径逐渐减小并趋于稳定;表面活性剂浓度对雾滴粒径有所影响,总体上随着表面活性剂浓度的增加各测量粒径参数有所减小;粒径参数在实验条件下的变化规律基本相似,且D_(10)<NAD<SMD<D_(50)<VAD<D_(90),D_(10)和NAD的变化规律一致,SMD、D_(50)和VAD的变化规律一致,Δ_(s)和D_(90)的变化规律一致,且受表面活性剂浓度影响较大。
In this paper,the influence of anionic surfactant concentration on the particle size of ultrasonic spray was studied by analyzing the particle size diagram of anionic surfactant.The self-designed experimental platform was used to carry out the ultrasonic atomization spray experiment,and the anionic surfactant rapid infiltration T was selected as the experimental reagent Change of spray particle size parameters within the range of 1~0.6 MPa.The results show that as the concentration of surfactants continues to increase,the droplet size gradually decreases and tends to stabilize;The concentration of surfactants has an impact on the droplet size,and overall,the measured particle size parameters decrease with the increase of surfactant concentration;The variation patterns of particle size parameters under experimental conditions are basically similar,and D10<NAD<SMD<D50<VAD<D90.The variation patterns of D10 and NAD are consistent,while the variation patterns of SMD,D50,and VAD are consistent,ΔThe variation pattern of s and D90 is consistent,and is greatly influenced by the concentration of surfactants.
