摘要
煤焦油是配合煤进行时炼焦时的副产物,是一种复杂的有机物。一般作为加工精制的原料以制取各种化工产品。在制取和储存各种化工产品的过程中,会产生大量VOCs气体,严重污染环境。针对这种情况,对VOCs的成分进行分析。并根据分析结果,选择合适的治理方法。根据治理方法设计了煤焦油加工工序VOCs气体收集的工艺流程。针对工艺流程对所需的设备、工艺材料进行了详细计算、选型,以及对方案实施后的应用效果。
Coal tar is a kind of complex organic matter,which is a by-product of coking with coal.Generally used as raw materials for processing and refining to make a variety of chemical products.In the process of making and storing various chemical products,a large amount of VOCs gas will be produced,which will seriously pollute the environment.Based on the idea that pollution is a misplaced resource,we analyzed the composition of its VOCs in this case.And according to the analysis results,choose the appropriate management method.And according to the treatment method design of coal tar processing VOCs gas collection process flow.According to the process of the required equipment,process materials for detailed calculation,selection.And the application effect after the implementation of the scheme.
