摘要
温室气体排放已成为当前各界备受关注的问题。以我国城乡生活垃圾为对象,结合理论与实践,创新性地提出一种填埋场温室气体排放核算方法,定量化阐述包括填埋处置、生物处理以及无余热利用焚烧处理等的温室气体排放清单。结果表明:我国城乡生活垃圾处理温室气体排放于2020年达峰,估算量为1.72亿t CO_(2)当量。结合国际温室气体排放研究发现,填埋处置既是废弃物领域温室气体排放的主要贡献环节,也是显著的减排环节。最后从加强源头量、原生垃圾零填埋、控制没有余热利用的小型焚烧等方面,为“双碳目标”下城乡生活垃圾处理提供可行的减排路径。
Since greenhouse gas emission reduction has become an important challenge to tackle climate change,a comprehensive understanding of the greenhouse gas emission mechanism is necessary to develop feasible emission reduction path.By taking urban and rural solid waste as the research object,this study combined with theory and Chinese actual engineering technical status,presented the greenhouse gas emission inventory from waste sector including landfill disposal,biological treatment and small-scale incineration.We found that urban and rural solid waste of greenhouse gas emissions peaked in 2020,with an estimated amount of 172 million tons of carbon dioxide.Combined with international research on greenhouse gas emissions,we also found that landfill disposal is not only the main contributor to greenhouse gas emissions in the waste field,but also a significant emission reduction link.Measures such as strengthen source reduction,zero landfilling of primary waste,controlling small-scale incineration could provide a feasible emission reduction path for solid waste treatment under the“double carbon goal”.
