摘要
淀粉分光光度法测定地下水中痕量碘化物,是实验室常用方法之一。针对淀粉分光光度法实验过程中出现的低浓度点线性不佳问题,通过改变饱和溴水和甲酸钠的用量、调节反应体系pH值和温度、观察不同显色时间,探讨实验过程中对结果的影响因素,并从中找到适合该方法的最佳条件。
The determination of trace iodide in groundwater by starch Spectrophotometer is one of the common methods in laboratories.In this paper,in order to solve the problem of poor linearity of low concentration point in starch spectrophotometry experiment,by changing the amount of saturated bromine water and sodium formate,adjusting the pH value and temperature of the reaction system,and observing the different color developing time,the influencing factors of the experimental process on the results are analyzed,and find out the best condition of this method.
