摘要
随着水质标准的不断提高,净水工艺也不断革新。为研究排泥水沉降浓缩规律,提出固体通量取值建议,本试验取海口市某水厂沉淀池的排泥水进行自然沉降试验。结果表明:污泥浓度较低时,初始阶段沉降速率较快,有明显转折点;随着污泥浓度升高,初始阶段沉降速率逐渐变慢,沉降曲线逐渐趋于平缓。在此基础上计算得到,该水厂沉淀池极限固体通量在2~3 kg/(m^(2)·h)。投加水厂常备的5种药剂进行促进沉降效果试验,结果表明:阴离子型PAM对排泥水的浓缩作用最强,当投加量为50 mg/L时,排泥水的沉降性能得到极大改善,浊度也得到很大的改善,这和该助凝剂与水厂之前投加的PAC等无机絮凝剂的协同作用有关。
With the continuous improvement of water quality standards,the water purification process is also constantly innovating.In order to study the sedimentation and concentration law of the sludge water,and put forward some suggestions on the value of the solid flux,this experiment took the sludge water from the sedimentation tank of a water plant in Haikou City to conduct a natural sedimentation test.With the increase of sludge concentration,the sedimentation rate in the initial stage gradually slowed down,and the sedimentation curve gradually became flat.On this basis,it is calculated that the limit solid flux of the sedimentation tank of this water plant is between 2 and 3 kg/(m^(2)·h).The flocculation effect test was carried out by adding five kinds of flocculants that are always available in the water plant.The test results show that the anionic PAM has the strongest concentration effect on the muddy water.When the dosage is 50mg/L,the sedimentation performance of the muddy water is greatly improved,and the turbidity The flocculant has also been greatly improved,which is related to the synergistic effect of the flocculant and the inorganic flocculants such as PAC added before the water plant.
