摘要
利用BioWin 6.0模拟软件,对我国某垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液处理缺氧/好氧(A/O)工艺进行建模,校正后的模型能够较好地反映A/O工艺的运行状况。利用建立的模型对该渗滤液处理项目提出运行优化建议,结果表明:优化溶解氧控制和曝气风量分配,风机输出功率下降7.8%,可实现节能降耗;增加碳源补充量可优化TN控制,产水TN可达到一级A标准。
BioWin 6.0 was applied to simulate the anoxic/aerobic(A/O)process of a leachate treatment system in a waste incineration plant,and the calibrated model could reflect its actual situation.The established model was used to optimize the current operating conditions.Through DO optimization and efficient allocation of air flow,the power output of aeration blowers could be decreased by 7.8%,and the operational cost could thus be reduced.Increasing carbon source addition could lower the effluent TN concentration,and the TN discharge limit of primary-level A-class standard could be met.
