摘要
考察当前大学课堂教学实践发现,尽管课堂教学外在形式完备,但缺乏语言交流和思想对话,高质量的教学并未真正发生。这表明单纯追求外在样式和表观指标改善的努力,并未实在性地让学生受益。因此,高质量的人才培养迫切需要大学课堂的深度变革,如从努力适应外部性制度向建立内部性标尺转变,教学主体间通过对话来准确了解学生学习需求和学习障碍,根据学习需求实施精准教学引导,在学习障碍处展开深度的互动和交流,使学生从封闭走向开放,并不断超越,从而建构师生均具获得感的互动教学范式。
Investigating the current college class teaching,it’s found that although the external form was complete,there’s lack of language exchange,ideological dialogue and high-quality teaching.It showed that the students were not really benefited from the efforts of pursuing the improvement of external styles and indicators.Therefore,the cultivation of high-quality talents urgently needed to reform the class teaching.From trying to adapt to the external system to establishing the internal yardstick,learning needs and learning obstacles could be explored accurately through the dialogue between teachers and students;according to learning needs,the teacher should implement precise teaching guidance,carry out in-depth interaction and deep drilling at learning obstacles,making their learning from close to openness and constructing the interactive teaching mode with sense of benefit.
