摘要
针对饱和的氯化镁卤水,提出了采用陶瓷膜过滤与Ba Cl2沉淀结合的方法去除SO24-。检测了氯化镁中各离子含量,考察了Ba Cl2的进料方式、反应温度对SO24-去除过程的影响,并探讨了陶瓷膜的过滤模式和过滤温度。确定了脱除氯化镁卤水中SO24-的新工艺,使SO24-的含量满足电解氯化镁原料的要求。
In view of saturated magnesium chloride brine,a method combining ceramic membrane filtration with Ba Cl2 precipitation was proposed to remove SO24-.The ion concentration of magnesium chloride was detected.The effects of feed mode and reaction temperature on SO24-removed process was investigated.The filtering mode and the temperature of ceramic membrane filtration were discussed.A new process for removing SO24-from magnesium chloride brine was determined,so that the content of SO24-could meet the requirement of raw materials for electrolytic magnesium chloride.
